कौन जाने क्या हुआ था उस मुलाकात में
दिल चुराया था उसने या
हमने ही दे दिया था उसके हाथ में
कौन जाने क्या हुआ था उस मुलाकात में
उसकी नज़रों से नजरें मिलाना
बड़ी हिम्मत का काम था
न जाने उसने चैन चुराया था
या हमसे ही कहीं खो गया उस तकरार में
कौन जाने क्या हुआ था उस मुलाकात में
आईने में देखते हैं खुद को
सब कुछ तो सलामत है
ये वहम है या उसकी अदाओं का असर है
दिल बेचैन है बेकरार है उसकी याद में
कौन जाने क्या हुआ था उस मुलाकात में
ये दुनिया जो हमें पसंद नहीं करती अच्छी लग रही है
उससे मिलने के बाद हर चीज खूबसूरत लग रही है
क्या हुआ है हमें फिर कब मिलेंगे हैं इस इंतजार में
